Trackside Butcher Shoppe is conveniently located 2.1 miles from the I-71 Campbellsburg Exit 34, making travel for producers easy.

Trackside’s processing facility is designed to be as hassle-free as possible when delivering your livestock. For convenient drop-off we have designed a pull-through unloading facility so producers never have to back their trailer. Our unloading facility has been constructed for convenience and minimal animal stress. We are an Animal Welfare Approved facility as well.

Our processing facility is open and taking appointments for custom and USDA processing. Our retail storefront is now open for business, come by and see us!
